Terms of Service

1. Subject of the contract
The subject of an order / contract is proof and / or mediation to the respective contract opportunity for the buyer, tenant or client. In case of success, the buyer, principal (landlord or tenant) or tenant, if regarding to commercial rent, has to pay a commission. This is due at the conclusion of the contract for payment.

2. Allowed double action
The owner of the property has commissioned me with the distribution. I am allowed to mediate for you as well as for the owner.

3. Content of the offers, liability
The information about the offered real estate I receive from the owner. I accept no liability for their correctness and completeness.

4. Disclosure prohibition
Should one of the above clauses be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

5. Severability clause
Should one of the above clauses be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

6. Jurisdiction  
If my customer is a merchant or does not maintain a domicile in Germany, the place of jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is Hamburg.
