Service fee for you as a seller:
In Germany, since December 23, 2020, the broker's commission has been paid 50% each by the seller and buyer.

Service fee for you as a landlord:
The so-called ordering principle applies. If you commission me with the rental, the commission is to be borne by you, i.e. by the "customer". This amounts to a maximum of 2.38 times the net cold rent incl. VAT.
